Things Ain't Cooking In My Kitchen

We're not cooking here yet. But maybe next week? Trying to keep morale high, as one should in times of stress. Main goal: not having a baby before we're in.

I have a giveaway coming up very soon!

In the meantime: Check out music video of local band Violet Road: These are the colours of the Arctic Summer.

Have a good weekend!

Wonderful video and music. Thanks for the link. The scenery is breath-taking, but my favorite part was skipping stones.

Enjoy every moment of your kitchen remodel chaos. Babies arrive when they are good and ready, often not when the time is convenient, so enjoy.

I cross the fingers for you and the day of baby's arrival..But sometimes things have their own ways to go, so ..:o)
Your kitchen will be great!

I'm cooking but it ain't pretty! Functional is not good - because it means I haven't made progress towards pretty and functional in months!

Just remember it will all be worth it in the end - waiting for both kitchen and baby, whatever order they appear in!

Calm, that kitchen will be ready.
Lovely morning views.

Hang in there! Just think about how gorgeous it is going to look when it is finished.

oh my gosh!!! this looks like where i used to live!!! we loved this video. Rowan was starting to get fussy, and then he stopped as soon as I turned on the video, and we watched it twice!

where are you exactly? i am going to go research that. i mean exactly like where i used to live, down to the part where they skip stones in the lake (or sound... in my version that part was a lake). except there weren't any people this cool in puerto natales.
