Polar Night Crash Course: Last lesson

Lesson 5: Make sure you have something to look forward to. Small or big

I look forward to:

* Sopranos season 5 and 6 (I'm so late to this party)
* Holiday planning: We're house exchanging in Bretagne!
* Dinner at fancy restaurant with bookcircle
* The return of the sunbun
* The Filmfestival (if manages to get Anna's sleep sorted out)

As we speak it is only fourteen days to the sun is back. I've been known to be more impatient. This year I'm enjoying the last period of the magical time.

Because Polar Night is simply beautiful.

Have you not entered my sister's giveaway of gorgeous jewellery? Still time.

Looks beautiful! Holiday planning sounds like a good idea - and Bretagne will be lovely! I was in France twice last year - oh the cakes!!

I'm glad that you can come to France, you'll enjoy Bretagne, it's a wonderful place! Thank you for sharing the beauty of your polar night!
What is written on the sign?..

Malyss, yes I look sooo much forward to going to France. Je l'adore! The sign says "Children are playing. Drive carefully".

That sign cracks me up! "Children kissing," I thought the translation would be! I think your advice about looking forward to things is good for any hard undertaking in life! Everything changes and time moves on.

I wish I lived in the Artic so that I could have sunbuns too. Hang in there they are soon to come!
Sopranos rocks. But don't be afraid to test Boardwalk Empire either. Have currently seen the first season and it is great!

Hey Mali,

Thanks for all the tips. I've been following them, especially when I've been tempted to go to sleep in the daytime!

It sounds like you have a nice year lined up. I'm looking forward to seeing more of the region when the sun comes back.

Have fun at the film festival. It looks great.

Vince.

Good luck on the getting fitter! Reaching 40 isn't painful! I achieved that milestone 26 months ago......and I am definitely fitter now than I was 20 years ago!
