Boot Camp: The Winter Edition

Do you remember the mad bunch of mothers working out in the street , with an even more crazy coach who yells at us?

Apparently we're still lunatics since we've continued into the new year and now work out on the ski track in -10 degrees celcius, every Tuesday. Do not dare to arrive too late!

Nursing has it's challenges, but we do that as well. And we do tuck the babies in.

Brave mums you are! It's so much fun to spend time togethter by any temperature. Remind me of that sometimes...

That's impressive - good for you! Your baby looks snug as a bug in a rug.

Wow, how impressive ! I am always wondering how you dress your baby when it is cold like this… would you mind explain ? It is only -5°c here but with a one-month-old at home, I think I could use your advice !

Hi Satsuki. Congratulations with your baby! My daughter usually sleeps outside in her stroller during the day, but I draw the limit at colder than -10. I guess wool is the key: wool body and pants, then a thick wool whole suit, and if cold like the other day - another layer of wool in between. (and both a thin and a thick hat, if very cold). And of course a really thick yet breathing sleeping bag) Then she sleeps like a baby!

Godt å komme seg ut da. Og lettere når man er i samla flokk.

Oh, this looks sooooooo great to me! I'm really more of a solo exerciser, but a once-a-week meet up with friends would be perfect. Do you have a schedule for movement on the other days, or are you winging it like I am? :)

Hi Stephanie - I'm doing the mother and child excersising one more day, but indoor workout. So funny, by the end of the lesson it's a choir of screaming babies! The other days I usually go for a walk, and when I pick the other kids up. I try to run twice nights a week, but not so long.
