Life of Cod

Mr Cod did not live a short life. As you can see. My dad was pleased to catch him ( but he could barely hold him).

Mr Cod was held company by many of his kind, as you can see.

Mr Cod ended up in this casserolle by the water, together with fresh almond potatoes and butter. It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining.

We're not so sentimental in the Arctic: He tasted fantastic.

Have a great week!

Looks like enough fish and potatoes for an army! How many we're on this mission?!

Stephanie (great to see you!) - we were a bunch! Dad, my partner and my uncle were fishing, the rest just ate. Sitting by the shore like that in fine weather, just summer at it's best.

That's a lot of fish! Yum. I also loved your tale of drinking with friend and bike riude home in the midnight sun. I'm glad you are soaking in that summer!!

So simple, so delicious. I do not think that I have seen such a big cod in my life. I want cod, boiled potatoes, vegetables and melted butter for dinner. Mmmmmm
