Go With The Winter Flow

When the car is stuck and it's not even the end of October. You know the feeling. Well, maybe you don't know the feeling, but you can imagine.

Sometimes I ask myself why I live her on my own free will. It's not like I was convicted for stealing bread and sent to the Other World in chains or anything.

This is my choice.

The garden fella doesn't see what all the fuzz with an early winter is about. He just goes with the flow.

I should too, and I'm ready to hit the frozen car at 0745 tomorrow!
Wishing you a splendid week, and Happy Halloween!

We had snow on Friday evening - but it was just a tiny little shower and didn't lie but still it was snow, in Scotland, in October.....hope it's not the sign of the winter to come!

Have a great week. Good luck defrosting the car!

When I lived in Alaska it seemed every Halloween we had several inches of the white stuff just like you. It seemed so normal. There was not question about it! A white Christmas was a given. Here in Georgia we have hurricanes like the one blowing my trees right now. Colder temps, but snow is a rare. My husband was talking about moving tonight to a northern city and I had to say no-thanks. I can't believe you have to leave your house so early! Ugh! That is almost worse than the snow. Have a great week!

We had kind of a big early snow here in Colorado, too...quite suddenly it feels just like winter. Not quite ready for it, so crossing my fingers we'll have a bit more autumn.

I love the hat on the gnome! Your girls are certainly enjoying the snow. Here in Sussex we only ever have one or two days of snow and then it's such a major event - even my big boys look forward to playing in the snow and not going to school. (I'm sorry that last time I said I liked the picture of your little boy playing with the cupboard - I realised afterwards that she was obviously a girl - but as a mother of 4 boys all babies instantly remind me of my own - sorry!) Snow here in Norhtern Alberta. The only reason I live here is the husband works here.

It's beautiful but I loathe January when its -30 for weeks on end.

Keep warm.

You may as well go with the flow, as swim against it! We were just saying that at least in Scotland we don't have to worry about tornados and hurricanes.

Snow here too but we are in the Alps for the week. There is no snow in Paris ! I love this early snow but when I see how much time it takes to get the boys ready to get out, I wonder if I could live in a region as snowy as yours…

Oh goodness, you are having an early winter. We probably won't get any snow here in central Kentucky for awhile. Looks like your children are loving it. Thanks so much for stopping by my blog.

Hugs,
Laura

I have to admit that I actually love the winter, but then, I'm from Finland. We've been traveling for the last month and I can't wait to get back to the winter wonderland! :)
