Things To Do in the Arctic when it Snows

You guessed it! Make crispbread of course. Infact my new hobby (those hormons won't leave me alone). The good news is that these are supposed to be flat.And so easy to make (not Nigella easy, but easy easy)

We eat huge amounts, with the typical Norwegian sweet goat cheese.

And did I mention it just won't stop snowing?

I will not complain about our snow ( almost melted now) ever again.... although, we have had a very snowy winter, it is nothing in comparison.

Yum, I've had some of that sweet cheese. It's more like caramel than cheese! I'm glad the sun is at least out.
