This weekend....

...we had mussels. We love it: easy to make, tastes divine. Even the picky one of my kids love it. And she was on her way to a birthday party with pizza and bowling (!) involved.

....I drank Earl Grey French from Mariage Frères that Stephanie from Le chat-bus sent me, after reading about my French Earl Grey habit!

...we had waffles in the sun with friends while kids playing in the snow. A great start on Easter. We have amazing weather, the winter just goes on and on, hurrah! (I'm in denial that it exists something called spring other places in the world, denial can be practical for one's happiness, stop saying the opposite).

I'll be back to say Happy Easter to you all!

Skal jobbe to dager. :-)

I can't believe that our picky eater would eat Mussels, but maybe I should give it a try!
