My Weekend In White

I thought maybe you wanted to see some winter images from the high north. That's what it's all about for us now until May.

I get a shock every time I look at the map myself. Can't believe we live almost outside of it.

You know my daughter takes her nap outdoors every day of the year.

But guess what: I'm off to Copenhagen with my big girl job for a few days! How lucky am I? Getting away from the cold a little bit, and just hang out.

Wishing you a nice week:)

It does look white! It was very white here over the weekend too (I will post the photos in the next couple of days of the beautiful knee deep powder snow....)

Oh I love Copenhagen. I was there at the end of November for work and managed to take a day to wander......

Make sure you get cake/pastry from Lagkagehuset - amazing bakery! And of course have a wander in Illums and Illums Bolighus....

Oh my goodness little Anna is looking so sweet! :-) And I'm deeply envious of your Copenhagen trip - how exciting! Make sure you visit the Louisiana museum... Though I seem to remember you recommending that to me when I was there so you've probably been there many times... As for all that lovely snow of yours - beautiful! We had our sprinkling for the year and now it's gone. I was just starting to think about getting a little sledge for Maia... Maybe next year. Hug!

I've heard that people in Scotland used to leave their babies outside to sleep in all weathers, but it isn't the done thing nowadays. I'm sure it must be very healthy - though with our weather today in Aberdeen I think the pram and baby would be blown away by gale-force winds!
Beautiful photos, and enjoy your time away.
